
​The problem people face is staying healthy & functional
Because people have abandoned discipline for comfort, people are overweight and out of shape; as a result, the quality of life for people has declined. Diabetes, high blood pressure and sleep apnea are on the rise. The remedy is proper nutrition, exercise and turning away from sugar, carbs and fatty foods. My goal is to make the world a healthier place through providing personal fitness training and nutritional tips that have helped me be much healthier.

Our Chair Fitness and Chair Yoga programs are thoughtfully designed to support physical health and cognitive well-being for adults and seniors. Each session combines gentle, low-impact exercises with engaging brain games, all performed from the comfort and safety of a chair.

Classes run for 45 to 60 minutes, offering participants a balanced experience that enhances mobility, flexibility, focus, and mental sharpness.
